First of all, can I just make it clear, my books aren’t erotica! Not even close! They’re love stories first and foremost, and any sex scenes are always part of the development of the relationships between the characters.
That being said, as anyone who has read one of my books will know, there are some fairly well-described sex scenes (in some more than others), as well as a fair smattering of bad language.
Now, while I like all sorts of books, from the downright filthy to the sweet and clean, I’m aware that not everyone appreciates the language and sex (especially my mother-in-law), but might still like the stories.
So, I created the PG 13 Clean versions of the Alpha Company books, just for them.
The storylines are just the same, and some of them are still quite gritty and hard-hitting, they just don’t have the descriptive sex scenes and most of the swearing has been removed.
Anyway, sadly, the number of people who downloaded them was very low, so it wasn’t worth doing a PG version of the Stalwart Series when it first came out.
However, I always said that it was something I would consider if there was a demand for them.
Well, I’m really pleased to say that the demand (request) came in from one of my readers, at a time when I was pretty much flat on my back and unable to get up, so I figured I’d give it a go, if for no other reason than to fill the time.
I’m glad to say that all of the books now have a PG equivalent.
Unfortunately, with the number of books being literally stolen from Amazon every day, I’ve decided not to publish the PG versions online. I’m really sorry about that because it means they can’t go in the Kindle library, and I try to be very loyal to my library readers.
What I can do, however, is deliver them directly to the Kindle of anyone who wants them, in exchange for a purchase of the ‘full-fat’ version from Amazon. (In other words, you get both versions for the same price!) If you want to delete the adult version without reading it, you can just go right ahead.
The process involves a little more effort than just buying them from Amazon, really only just before I send you the first book, but it’s not so much as to make it difficult. It literally takes just two minutes to tweak your Amazon account. After the first one, I can deliver each book to you as soon as you’re ready for it. To compensate for any inconvenience, I may even throw in one of the books in the series for free!

*Please don’t buy one of the regular books until you’ve been in touch with me and I know what sort of device you read on. There are some devices (which use epub) that I can’t deliver to at the moment. Some phones come into that category. Regular Kindles and tablets are generally fine.
